Return, Refund & Cancellation

1. Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
Custom-built or special-order RF products are non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Non-Returnable Items:

Opened or used RF components such as antennas, cables, or connectors.
Software or digital products delivered electronically.
Clearance or discounted items marked as "Final Sale."

Return Process:

Contact our customer support team at [email/phone] to initiate the return process.
Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt).
Ship the product back to our facility using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
A restocking fee of 25% may apply, depending on the condition of the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a company error or defective product.

2. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by the Customer:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any penalty.
After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a processing fee of 50%.
Custom-built or special-order RF products cannot be canceled once production has started.

Order Cancellation by Hardik Electronics:

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:
- The product is no longer available.
- Payment verification fails.
- The order violates our terms and conditions.
In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
